This policy explains how NoteLoom handles information when you capture learning material, create notes, use Shortcuts, or purchase Lifetime Pro.
On-device processing and storage
NoteLoom does not require an account. Screenshots are normalized, text is recognized with Apple Vision, and summaries are generated locally with Apple Foundation Models when available or a local extractive fallback. Screenshots, OCR text, summaries, folders, and notes stay in the app's local storage and are not sent to NoteLoom or third-party servers.
Lifetime Pro purchases
Apple processes the non-consumable Lifetime Pro purchase through StoreKit. NoteLoom reads Apple's verified transaction on the device to determine whether Pro is unlocked. The app does not send transaction records, purchase history, or Apple Account information to a developer server. Apple handles payment and refund information under its own terms.
Tracking, advertising, analytics, and sharing
The current App Store build does not transmit screenshots, OCR text, summaries, folders, usage records, or purchase records to NoteLoom or third-party servers. It contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDK, performs no cross-app tracking, and does not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
You can delete individual notes and folders or delete all local notes from Settings. Uninstalling NoteLoom removes its local app data unless a copy remains in a device backup managed by Apple. The included-summary count is stored locally and may reset when the app is deleted; a purchased Pro entitlement can be restored through Apple.
Children, changes, and contact
NoteLoom is intended for general study use and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. Only process content you have the right to use and avoid retaining unnecessary sensitive information in screenshots. We may update this policy as features change and will publish the revision date here.

一次性非消耗型 Lifetime Pro 由 Apple StoreKit 处理。NoteLoom 只在设备上读取 Apple 提供的已验证交易来判断是否已解锁 Pro，不会把交易记录、购买历史或 Apple 账户信息发送给开发者服务器。付款与退款信息由 Apple 按其条款处理。
跟踪、广告、分析与共享
当前 App Store 版本不会把截图、OCR 原文、摘要、文件夹、使用记录或购买记录传送给 NoteLoom 或第三方服务器。App 不含广告或第三方分析 SDK，不进行跨 App 跟踪，也不出售个人信息。
保留、删除与未成年人
你可以逐篇删除笔记和文件夹，或在设置中删除全部本机笔记。卸载 App 会删除本机数据，但 Apple 管理的设备备份可能仍保留副本。免费总结次数保存在本机，删除 App 可能会重置次数；已购买的 Pro 权益可通过 Apple 恢复。NoteLoom 面向一般学习用途，不会故意收集儿童个人信息。
