On-device camera and Vision processing
FrameHabit uses Apple camera frameworks and on-device Vision processing to provide live guidance about composition, horizon level, exposure, visual balance, and image clarity. This processing occurs on your iPhone while you use the camera.
- Camera frames are analyzed locally and are not uploaded to us or any server.
- FrameHabit does not use a remote AI or large language model service.
- FrameHabit does not perform facial recognition or identify people.
- We cannot remotely view or retrieve your camera content.

Data stored locally
Practice progress, session scores, streak information, completed lessons, and app preferences are stored on your device using Apple SwiftData and UserDefaults. They are used only to operate app features and personalize your local experience.
This information is not synchronized to a FrameHabit account or sent to the developer. It may be included in an encrypted or unencrypted device backup according to your own iCloud or computer backup settings, which are controlled by Apple and you.
Removing the app may remove its locally stored data, subject to iOS backup and restore behavior.

Device permissions
FrameHabit does not request location, microphone, contacts, or full photo-library read access. If you deny an optional permission, the related feature may be unavailable, but the rest of the app remains usable where technically possible.

Purchases and Apple services
FrameHabit offers an annual auto-renewing subscription and a lifetime non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple StoreKit. Apple processes payment, storefront, subscription, refund, and purchase-history information under Apple’s own privacy policy.
The app receives limited transaction and entitlement information from Apple to determine which Pro features are available and to restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Purchase receipts are not included in analytics events.

Anonymous analytics
When a network connection is available, FrameHabit can send privacy-friendly product analytics through TelemetryDeck so we can see which practice tools help. Analytics is on by default and can be turned off in Settings.
- TelemetryDeck receives a one-way hashed, app-specific device identifier, not the raw identifier.
- Feature and session events, app version, device model, language, region, time zone, screen information, and an hour-rounded timestamp may be included.
- Camera frames, photos, analysis scores, practice history, and purchase receipts are never included.
- This data is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising or tracking across apps or websites.

Support email
If you email support, your email address, message, and any information you choose to include are transmitted through your email provider and iCloud Mail. They are used only to respond to your request, troubleshoot the reported issue, maintain necessary support records, and comply with legal obligations.
Please do not send sensitive personal information or private photographs. Support messages are handled outside the FrameHabit app and are not used for advertising or tracking.
支持邮件
如果你通过电子邮件联系支持，你的邮箱地址、邮件内容以及你主动提供的信息，将通过你的邮件服务商和 iCloud Mail 传输。相关信息仅用于回复请求、排查所报告的问题、保留必要的支持记录及履行法律义务。

Your choices and controls
- Manage Camera and Photos permissions in iOS Settings.
- Turn off anonymous usage analytics in FrameHabit Settings.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
- Delete locally stored app data by deleting the app, subject to your device backups.
- Contact us if you have a privacy question about a support communication.
Children’s privacy
FrameHabit does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. The app does not include social features, targeted advertising, or account creation.
International use
The app’s core camera analysis and practice data remain on your device. If you contact support, email may be processed by the providers you use in countries where they operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app’s features or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version.
