Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sidi Li (“Developer,” “we,” or “us”) governing your use of FrameHabit (“App”). By downloading, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple’s platform rules or applicable law.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.

本使用条款（“条款”）是你与 Sidi Li（“开发者”或“我们”）之间关于使用镜练（“App”）的协议。下载、购买或使用 App，即表示你同意本条款。
你对 App 的使用还受 Apple 的标准许可应用程序最终用户许可协议（“Apple 标准 EULA”）约束。如本条款与 Apple 标准 EULA 冲突，在 Apple 平台规则或适用法律要求的范围内，以 Apple 标准 EULA 为准。
如不同意，请勿使用 App。
Limited app license and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control as permitted by Apple.
You may not:
- copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App except where applicable law expressly permits;
- reverse engineer, bypass security or purchase controls, or attempt to derive source code except where the law does not allow this restriction;
- use the App unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or infringe another person’s rights; or
- misrepresent photography guidance or scores as guaranteed professional, safety, or factual determinations.
有限 App 许可与合理使用
在遵守本条款及 Apple 标准 EULA 的前提下，你获得一项个人、有限、非排他、不可转让、可撤销的许可，可在你拥有或控制且符合 Apple 规定的设备上使用 App。
你不得：
- 复制、再分发、出售、出租、再许可或以商业方式利用 App，但适用法律明确允许的除外；
- 对 App 进行逆向工程、绕过安全或购买控制，或尝试获取源代码，但法律不允许限制的除外；
- 违法使用 App、干扰其运行或侵犯他人权利；或
- 将摄影指导或评分宣称为有保证的专业、安全或事实判断。
FrameHabit Pro purchases
Some lessons, coaching metrics, trend views, and practice-history features require FrameHabit Pro. Pro can be unlocked through either:
- an annual auto-renewing subscription; or
- a one-time lifetime non-consumable in-app purchase.

部分课程、指导指标、趋势视图与练习历史功能需要镜练 Pro。你可通过以下任一方式解锁：
- 年度自动续订订阅；或
- 一次性购买的终身买断型非消耗项目。
Annual auto-renewing subscription
- Unless an eligible free trial applies, payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. An eligible free trial is charged only when it converts to the paid annual subscription.
- The subscription automatically renews for another annual period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the renewal price shown by Apple.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in iOS Settings or your App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- If Apple offers you a free trial, eligibility is determined by Apple. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to the paid annual subscription shown at confirmation. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Pro access ordinarily continues until the end of the already-paid period.

年度自动续订订阅
- 除非符合免费试用资格，否则确认购买时费用将从你的 Apple 账户中扣除。符合资格的免费试用仅在转为付费年度订阅时扣款。
- 除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅会自动续订一个年度周期。
- Apple 会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内，按其显示的续订价格向你的 Apple 账户收取续订费用。
- 你可在 iOS“设置”或 App Store 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。删除 App 不会取消订阅。
- 如果 Apple 向你提供免费试用，资格由 Apple 判断。除非在试用结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则试用会按确认时显示的价格转为付费年度订阅。在适用情况下，购买订阅时，免费试用的未使用部分可能失效。

Lifetime non-consumable purchase
The lifetime purchase is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the Pro features included in the version of FrameHabit offered under that product. It does not auto-renew.
The purchase is associated with the Apple Account used at checkout and can ordinarily be restored on eligible devices using the same Apple Account. “Lifetime” refers to the supported lifetime of the App and product, not the lifetime of any individual person, device, or third-party service.
终身买断型非消耗项目
终身购买是一次性 App 内购买，可解锁该产品所对应版本的镜练 Pro 功能，且不会自动续订。
购买与付款时使用的 Apple 账户关联，通常可在使用同一 Apple 账户的符合条件设备上恢复。“终身”指 App 与该产品获得支持的生命周期，并非任何个人、设备或第三方服务的生命周期。
Billing, restoration, and refunds
All billing is handled by Apple, not directly by the Developer. Purchase restoration depends on Apple’s StoreKit services, the Apple Account used, network availability, and the product remaining available.
Refund requests are reviewed by Apple under its policies and applicable law. You can request help at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue App Store refunds or change your Apple subscription from within support email.

所有计费均由 Apple 处理，而非开发者直接处理。能否恢复购买取决于 Apple StoreKit 服务、购买时使用的 Apple 账户、网络可用性以及产品是否仍然可用。
退款申请由 Apple 依据其政策和适用法律审核。你可前往 reportaproblem.apple.com 寻求帮助。我们无法通过支持邮件直接发放 App Store 退款或更改你的 Apple 订阅。
Availability, photography guidance, and disclaimers
FrameHabit provides educational and creative guidance. Scores and suggestions are automated estimates based on device sensors and image analysis; they are subjective aids, not guarantees of image quality, commercial results, equipment safety, or professional outcomes.
Camera and analysis results can vary by device, lighting, subject, motion, permissions, iOS version, and hardware capability. You remain responsible for where and how you photograph, for respecting privacy and property rights, and for following applicable laws and venue rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes and termination
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue App features. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised effective date. You may stop using the App at any time; subscription cancellation must be completed through Apple.
Severability and entire agreement
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Apple Standard EULA form the agreement governing your use of the App, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your location.
可用性、摄影指导与免责声明
镜练提供教育性和创作性指导。评分与建议是根据设备传感器和图像分析得出的自动估算，属于主观辅助，不保证画面质量、商业结果、设备安全或专业成果。
相机与分析结果可能因设备、光线、主体、移动、权限、iOS 版本和硬件能力而异。你仍须对拍摄地点与方式负责，尊重隐私和财产权，并遵守适用法律与场地规则。
在法律允许的最大范围内，App 按“现状”和“可用”状态提供，除法律不得排除的保证外，不作其他保证。在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用 App 导致的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。
变更与终止
我们可能改进、更改、暂停或停止 App 功能。我们可通过公布新的生效日期更新本条款。你可随时停止使用 App；取消订阅须通过 Apple 完成。
可分割性与完整协议
如某项条款不可执行，其余条款仍然有效。本条款、隐私政策与 Apple 标准 EULA 共同构成规范你使用 App 的协议，同时受你所在地区强制性消费者保护规定约束。
